Agreement to These Terms

By visiting okemall.com or using any of its tools, you agree to these Terms of Service. That's the whole deal there's no checkbox, no account, no scrolling-to-the-bottom-and-clicking ceremony, because we don't think accepting plain rules should require a login.

If you disagree with anything here, the honest option is simply not to use the site. We'd rather lose a visitor than have a user who never agreed to the rules in the first place.

What Okemall Provides

Okemall offers free, browser-based tools unit converters, calculators and image utilities along with guides explaining how to use them well. Our tools are engineered to process your inputs locally on your own device; files and values you work with are not uploaded to or stored on our servers.

The service is provided free of charge, funded by advertising. There are currently no accounts, subscriptions, or paid tiers if that ever changes, it will be explained clearly on the About page before it happens.

Who Can Use Okemall

You may use Okemall if you're at least 13 years old (16 in parts of the European Economic Area), or the minimum digital-consent age in your country if it's higher. There's nothing to sign up for, so "using the site" is the only requirement. If you're a minor, please use the site with a parent or guardian's awareness the tools are safe to use, but we're required to draw the line somewhere.

Your Content Stays Yours

Whatever you bring to our tools photos, documents, screenshots, text, numbers remains entirely your property. We lay no claim to it, for a simple reason: it never leaves your device in the first place. The resized image, the flipped photo, the extracted text, the converted value the outputs are yours, created on your machine, for you to use however you see fit.

Acceptable Use

To keep Okemall free, fast and available to everyone, we ask and legally require that you not:

• Use the tools for any unlawful purpose, or to process content you have no right to use (for example, extracting text to infringe someone's copyright).
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the site's operation automated abuse, aggressive scraping, or denial-of-service attempts.
• Copy, rebrand, or resell the site or its tools as your own product. Linking to us is always welcome and needs no permission; cloning us is not.
• Circumvent security measures, or probe the site looking for vulnerabilities though if you find one by accident, please tell us and you'll have our genuine thanks.
• Misrepresent the site e.g., implying we endorse a product, or presenting our estimates as official figures.

If these rules are violated, we may block access to the site. It's a right we hope never to use.

Estimates, Accuracy & No Professional Advice

This section matters, so we'll be direct about it. Our tools produce estimates and informational results based on standard formulas and commonly published rates not guarantees of any actual outcome.

Concretely:

• The PayPal Fee Calculator uses published fee schedules that change and vary by country and account type. Your actual fee is whatever PayPal's receipt says always the authoritative figure.
• The converters use internationally standardized factors, but specific industries, contracts, or jurisdictions may define units differently.
• The image tools' reference tables (platform sizes, passport specs) are helpful starting points official requirements always override them.
• The guides are written with care and sourced from official documentation, but they are general information not financial, legal, or professional advice.

For anything consequential invoices, contracts, visa applications, engineering work verify against the official source before acting. Our guides say this near the numbers themselves and we mean it. It's the honest trade-off of free estimation tools: remarkably useful for planning, not a substitute for the real invoice.

Advertising & External Links

Okemall displays advertisements it's our entire revenue model, as explained transparently on our About page and detailed in our Privacy Policy. Ads are served by third parties (including Google) and we don't select which specific ads appear. An ad on this site is an ad not a recommendation, partnership, or endorsement by us.

Our guides link to external sites we consider useful and authoritative. Once you leave okemall.com, these terms no longer apply other sites have their own rules and practices, which we encourage you to read.

Intellectual Property

The Okemall website its design, code, text, guides, branding and the tools themselves is owned by Okemall and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use it, share links to it and benefit from it freely; you may not republish, rebrand, or resell it.

The exception is your content, covered in Section 4: everything you process with our tools remains yours, in full.

The Service Is Provided "As Is"

Okemall is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind express or implied to the maximum extent permitted by law. We work hard to keep the tools accurate, fast and online, but we can't promise the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly suited to every purpose.

This isn't us dodging responsibility it's the standard reality of software. Browsers update, platforms change their specs, fee schedules get revised. What we can promise is that we'll keep fixing what breaks and correcting what's wrong, usually within days of finding out.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Okemall and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including lost profits, lost data, or business losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its tools.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited, at our option, to the greater of: (a) re-performing the affected tool's function, or (b) USD $100.

We know this sounds like the fine-print everyone skips, so here's the human translation: the tools are free, used at your discretion and critical decisions deserve verification from official sources (Section 6). If we got something wrong, tell us we'll fix it fast. But a free estimation website can't be financially responsible for business decisions made on its outputs.

Changes to the Service or These Terms

Okemall is a growing project: tools get added, improved and occasionally retired. We may modify the service at any time. These terms may be updated too if they change in a way that matters, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page and summarize what changed rather than quietly swapping text.

Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. If a future change ever truly bothers you, the same honest option from Section 1 applies though we'd rather hear about it first, because feedback has a funny way of changing our plans.

Governing Law & the General Legal Bits

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so where local law gives you rights that conflict with anything here, your local rights win. We think that's the correct order of things.
