Everything is an estimate

Tool outputs are informational starting points based on standard formulas and published rates not guarantees of any real-world result.

🎓

Not professional advice

Nothing here is financial, legal, engineering, or tax advice. For consequential decisions, the official source or a licensed professional is the right stop.

Links & ads aren't endorsements

External links are chosen for usefulness, not certification; ads are selected by Google, and an ad on this site is an ad nothing more.

We correct errors fast

Humans write this site, so mistakes happen. Point one out and it's fixed within days being correct matters more to us than being first.

General Information Only

All content on Okemall the tools, the guides, the reference tables, the FAQs is published in good faith and for general information purposes only. We work hard to keep it accurate and current, but we make no warranties of any kind about its completeness, reliability, or suitability for your particular situation.

Any action you take based on information found on this website is strictly at your own discretion and risk. Okemall will not be liable for any losses or damages in connection with the use of our website a point covered in fuller legal detail in Section 10 of our Terms of Service.

Not Professional Advice

This deserves its own section because it matters. Nothing on Okemall constitutes professional advice of any kind and to be specific about what that means for each domain our tools touch:

💰 Financial the fee calculator

The PayPal Fee Calculator is a planning aid, not accounting, tax, or financial advice. Fee schedules change and vary by country and account type. For business decisions pricing, contracts, bookkeeping talk to an accountant who knows your situation. Your PayPal receipt is always the authoritative figure.

⚖️ Legal contract & policy language

Where our guides discuss things like "plus processing fees" invoice clauses or platform requirements, that's general information about common practice not legal advice. Contract language that matters should be reviewed by a lawyer in your jurisdiction.

⚙️ Engineering the converters

Our converters use internationally standardized factors (SI definitions, published equivalents). They're excellent for study, planning, and cross-checks but real engineering decisions belong to a licensed professional with the full context of your project.

🛂 Official requirements image specs

Our image-size tables (passport photos, platform dimensions, upload limits) are helpful starting points. Official forms and platform documentation override everything we publish when a visa application is on the line, the official spec sheet is the only spec sheet.

The rule of thumb: our tools are for planning, learning, and double-checking. The moment real money, legal standing, or an official application is involved, verify against the authoritative source. We'll keep saying this near the numbers themselves, because it's true.

Tool Results & Accuracy

Being precise about what "accurate" means here:

  • The math is exact for the conversion factors and rates built into each tool the arithmetic isn't an approximation.
  • The inputs can change. PayPal revises fee schedules, platforms update image specs, and industries occasionally define units differently. Where something could shift, our guides say "at the time of writing" and link the official source.
  • Time units use mean values. Because months range from 28–31 days and years from 365–366, our Time Converter uses the Gregorian-average conventions (1 month = 30.436875 days; 1 year = 365.2425 days), as explained in its guide.
  • OCR output depends on input. Image-to-text accuracy reflects image quality sharp, well-lit sources extract cleanly; blurry angled ones don't. Our guide covers this honestly rather than promising magic.

For anything consequential, the verification habit takes ten seconds and saves real trouble: check the receipt, the official form, the source document. Then get on with your day.

Advertising & Endorsements

Okemall is funded entirely by advertising a model we explain transparently on our About page and detail in our Privacy Policy. Ads are served by third-party networks (including Google), which select the specific ads shown.

That means: an ad appearing on this site is an ad, not a recommendation, partnership, or endorsement by us. We don't vet the advertisers, and a product being advertised next to a guide says nothing about our opinion of it.

If you ever see an ad here that's misleading or inappropriate, tell us via the Contact page we can't hand-pick every ad, but we can and do act on patterns worth blocking.

Errors & Omissions

Every word on this site is written by the same people who build the tools no content farms, no scraped articles. But humans write, humans err. Rates get revised after we publish, a spec changes without announcement, a typo slips through a late-night edit.

Our commitments when that happens: changeable facts are dated ("at the time of writing"), primary sources are linked so you can verify independently, and corrections get made quickly and quietly quickly, meaning days not months.

If you spot an error, email us with the page URL and what's wrong. Correction emails genuinely get read first, because being correct matters more to us than being first.

Enjoy the little things in life. For one day, you may look back and realize they were the big things. Many of life's failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up.
